Happy Holidays, Backers!
The “last” day to make final updates to your order is December 28th, 2016 . After this date, we will lock your reward selections and charge cards for add-on purchases, pledge upgrades, and pre-orders. You will still be able to update your shipping address up until we lock addresses for shipping fulfillment.
For backers who have not answered their surveys yet:
If you fill out your BackerKit survey or pay for extra shipping after the order due date, we will still receive your information, but your shipment may be delayed.

The QuickPull Wallet BackerKit Invitations Are Out!!

We are excited to announce that we have transferred all Backer pledges to our pledge management tool, BackerKit. We know that we have a lot of Backers who have not used Kickstarter or BackerKit before so we’ve included a thorough set of instructions and FAQ items below.
How do I get my invitation?You should receive an email from BackerKit with a link to your account that includes all your Backer information in it. (And don’t forget to check your spam folder.)
- If you do not receive your BackerKit email by December 10, just go to this link, enter your Kickstarter (or Paypal) email address, and click on the "Get My Survey" button. You will be sent a new email with a link to your account.
- If you use your Facebook login for your Kickstarter account, the BackerKit survey will be sent to the email address you use for your Facebook account.
- If you have another email address that you would prefer to use, please contact BackerKit support at [email protected] and they'll get you sorted out.
Why am I charged $5 more for international shipping?
This is our bad! We never double-checked to make sure we were covered for international shipping costs. From our previous wallet campaign $10 for international shipping coverd the costs but shipping fees have gone up, hence the additional $5. We sincerly appoligize and wish we could cover the additonial cost but with our small growing buisness it would just be too much! If you have any questions please feel free to contact us directly at [email protected] and we can work with you.
Do I *Really* Need to Go to BackerKit?
Yes! All Backers must go to their BackerKit account to let us know the your wallet specifications to deliver.
In addition, we have made available stretch goals like custom monogramming and options to order additional wallets at early bird pricing! It is also where you will tell us the leather and thread colors you want and what your shipping address is.
What If I Included Extra Funds for more QuickPull wallets?
If you pledged extra funds for additional wallets, you will find a credit in your BackerKit account. As you go through the survey process, you will choose your Add-On items.
Can I Upgrade My Pledge Level or Purchase Add-Ons?
Yes, you can upgrade your pledge level, purchase Add-Ons (and even send some extra support to the Naative team). If you upgrade or purchase Add-Ons, you will need to input payment information in BackerKit - but you will not be charged until we “Lockdown” accounts on December 28th.
BackerKit Lockdown and Distribution of Digital Rewards
We will “Lockdown” all BackerKit accounts at 10pm MST on Wednesday, December 28th. When we hit the button to lockdown accounts, the following will happen:
- You will no longer be able to make changes or additions to your account (except to update/change your shipping address.)
- All outstanding balances will be charged

1. I didn’t get my BackerKit email invite. What do I do? The easiest thing to do is resend your invite to yourself! Just go here: https://naative.backerkit.com/, enter your Kickstarter (or Paypal) email address, and click on the "Get My Survey" button. You will be sent a new email with a link to your account.
2. I forgot my BackerKit password. How do I get it? Just go here: https://naative.backerkit.com/, enter your Kickstarter (or Paypal) email address, and click on the "Get My Survey" button. You will be sent a new email with a link to your account.
3. I want to sign back into https://naative.backerkit.com/, but I don’t remember the email I used for my account. How do I get it? It should be your Kickstarter (or Paypal) account email. If that doesn’t work, please email [email protected] and they will help you.
4. I have a question about BackerKit that isn’t covered here. What do I do? Email the team directly at [email protected]. They’re happy to help!
5. Why do I have to use BackerKit again? The BackerKit folks are experts in streamlining the process of delivering crowd-funded rewards. Using their service allows our team to maintain focus on making your QuickPull wallets just as we promised AMAZING!

Surveys!

Hey there backers!
We said that we would be sending out surveys yesterday, and we haven't forgotten!
HOWEVER, we've been getting a lot of questions about monogramming options and additional wallets as add-ons. SO, we've decided to use BackerKit to help us make those options available.
Here's what's happening:
- We are currently finalizing our surveys and will then send them over to BackerKit
-BackerKit will review and make any necessary changes to the surveys. They estimate that it will take about 8 days (from today) before surveys are sent out to backers.
This will NOT affect our production and delivery timeline. Backers will still receive their wallets as scheduled.
Using BackerKit will help make the transition smoother and make more options available to all of you!

We did it! Fully funded and some, thanks to 381 backers from all around the world!
You guys are awesome! Thank you so much for all of your support and help with bringing the QuickPull wallet to life! We couldn't have done it without you!
Preparations are already under way to get these awesome wallets into your hands! We will be sending out surveys on Monday for you to make your selections for leather and thread colors. Please fill them out as soon as possible so we can order the leather and get these wallets to you ASAP! We are so excited and have big plans for the future with Naative!
